Hi, I’m Erin – the owner, formulator, and heart behind every product you see here.

I’ve always felt most at home where the land meets the sea. The ocean and nature has been my teacher for as long as I can remember—shaping my rhythms, grounding my spirit, and reminding me to move with both courage and ease. Surfing became the place where everything made sense: the salt on my skin, the pull of the tides, the humbling power of nature. It’s the same place where my creativity sparks and my healing work begins.

My love for herbal medicine grew from that same connection to the natural world. Plants, like waves, hold wisdom. They restore, soothe, strengthen, and remind us to slow down. Over the years, I found myself blending the two worlds—spending mornings in the ocean and afternoons in the garden or at my workbench, infusing herbs, bottling small batches, and crafting remedies for myself, my children, and friends.

What started as personal ritual grew into Salte Botanicals: a coastal-inspired line of herbal body care designed to support life in and around the sea. I create every product in microbatches, using clean, natural ingredients, many of which I grow or infuse myself. Each formula is rooted in the belief that tending to the body can be simple, intuitive, and deeply nourishing.

Salte is more than skincare—it’s my way of honoring the ocean, the plants, and the slow-made traditions that have carried me through motherhood, surfing seasons, and years of study in herbalism and nutrition. It’s a blend of earth and saltwater, of craft and connection.
